Somewhere between pop-punk and anarchic electro-comedy, Giggle Party brings the atmosphere of a party wherever they go. They have fun, frantic live shows and catchy anthemic music, punctuated by synthesizer and group vocals.

Giggle Party was formed in Dallas, Texas in 2008 and after garnering a dedicated cult following, relocated to San Francisco in 2010 to share their musical celebration.

Giggle Party think of themselves as a musical extension of the Lowbrow and Pop Surrealist movements; expressing that making music doesn’t require you to be serious. This philosophy frees the band from musical limitations and allows for an atmosphere of fun and exploration, which carries over into their live shows which are often filled with silly string, balloons, costumes, cupcakes, and other unorthodox but joyful additions to the concert-going experience.
