Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the cafedunord.com website (the "Service") operated by CDN LLC, which runs Cafe du Nord ("us", "we" or "our").

Tickets

Tickets are sold by TicketWeb under TicketWeb's purchase policy. Venue policies for shows are on each show page and in the FAQ.

Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cafe du Nord and its licensors.

Links to other websites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that Cafe du Nord does not own or control. Cafe du Nord has no control over, and takes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. You agree that Cafe du Nord is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of, or reliance on, any content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Termination

We may end or suspend access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive it, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
